I finished getting my supplies and borrowed my sister's tripod, so I found a space in my dorm building and filmed my video. It only took about an hour, so exporting it to iMovie and editing it shouldn't be a problem from here. 

Translating the recipe was harder than I thougt it would be. Even though I can understand Italian, I had a hard time reading her actual handwriting, especially because the picture was a little grainy. 

Before I actually make the zine, I'm going to get some construction paper. I already have scissors and markers - the last thing I need for the zine is the paper and I can now get started!

For my selfie project, I did a drawing. I decided to draw because I love art and it overall allows me to express my creativity and who I am. In my drawing, there is a cross in the center of the paper because religion is the center of my life. On the cross, I wrote the bible verse "Let all that you do be done in love" because it is a verse I live by. I then draw a sunflower wrapped around the cross because sunflowers are my favorite flowers. Around the drawing, I wrote the title of my favorite christian song, some quotes I like, and the name of a character from a movie I like. This drawing overall represents a selfie of who I am and what I love. 

For my selfie project, I chose to make a collage of motivational quotes that I like. I titled it, "Words to live by". I used microsoft word to make my collage. I chose the quotes that I found most meaningful.
