I think that the most important thing a teacher can do is make sure everyone is comfortable with asking questions. For me it is harder to participate in a class when a teacher is not responsive and wont take a break from there lesson to go back on something for a student. For the most part I like the staff at Southern, there are some older teachers who may neeed some assistance or should just retire but other then that the teachers are very pleasent and know how to teach. I am a visual learner and appreciate a teacher with  sense of humor and a slideshow.
