I think that the most important thing a teacher can do is make sure everyone is comfortable with asking questions. For me it is harder to participate in a class when a teacher is not responsive and wont take a break from there lesson to go back on something for a student. For the most part I like the staff at Southern, there are some older teachers who may neeed some assistance or should just retire but other then that the teachers are very pleasent and know how to teach. I am a visual learner and appreciate a teacher with  sense of humor and a slideshow.

I want to stay safe so I will stay inside of course but why? Everyone else is still going out and risking themselves which means it's never gonna end till they do put us on lockdown. Other then that I hate the president and I feel this is him trying to get re-elected. 

In order to due your hair you must first pick what kind of color you want then you must wash your hair. It's important to read all the instructions on the box but to also layer hair properly. The biggest mistake people make when dying hair is not reading the directions in assuming they know what to do. Every hair dye has different instructions because every dye is different. I would definitely not say dying hair is the hardest thing I've done. 

So to me the easiest part about dying hair was putting the dye in the hair. Are used tinfoil and a plastic bag to finish the product and two separate my girlfriends hair. The problem with the last person had was that they didn't use the correct amount of bleach and they also didn't use tinfoil to separate the hair. I doing that because of bleach to get darker in some places and lighter in the other places. I learned that it's important to make sure he you leave the hair dye in for a certain time depending on your hair. So what I decided to learn about is how to dye hair. I can't figure out how to record the audio so I'm just gonna record what I'm saying. I had a very bad experience with somebody dying my girlfriends hair blonde and it came out about six different colors. I'm dying here before but I want to learn how to properly die hair with or without bleach. I decided to buy some bleach red dye and I dyed both me and my girlfriends hair. Let's see how this goes. 

This being my seconds week not working I can't stand this virus. People are scared because of this virus and yess I understand it's serious but people have to work. Everyone filling for unemployment can only cause our country to go into more debt. I'm scared the government may go into a depression and people will go savage. I hope the government knows how to save us from this situation. Everyone at my job got laid off and everyone who works there has to file for unemployment. Where is the money coming from ? Crazy. I hope this all ends soon. 

Connected learning is important so we can help keep our students creative and wanting to learn out of the classroom. When we go to school we usually learn things we are not interested in and rush out to go home and watch tv. Connected learning is cool and should be taught more now a days. In the example we read with Abigail we learned it teaches us to be more confident and teach others to be confident as well. Connected learning is when young kids are able to learn and do things there interested in, like choosing what they learn about. This can help children when they grow up and helps build creativity. I think we should use connected learning in schools to help engage students and to give them ideas of what there future holds. 

In the case study I read about they are talking about how to make the classroom more fun and rigorous for students. In there particular school they are very diverse and they come up with workshops to start teaching. When they started doing this is increased students wants to learn, they were motivated and wanted to do. They feel there's more then can do and they openly ask students what they would like to make, they had tons of results. Overall this did show improvement on students and did benefit the school. 

I hate the fact that people are so scared of this virus there's no toilet paper in the stores, but the shelves are full of vitamins ! The most important thing is our immune system and the best way to keep it healthy is medicines, to avoid getting sick. I do know that it's not going to stop until we all go onto a type of quarentine, it's fast spreading. Anyways I hope we can go back to school soon and my job doesn't close.
