In order to learn how to create a meal and workout plan myself, I need to implement a plan. I decided that I will dedicate Sundays and Mondays to learning how to make a meal and workout plan. I decided to choose these days because they are the start of the week so I could carry out the habits throughout the work. I will also devote about 2-4 hours a week this way I gradually learn the topic. To learn this I will utilize youtube or look at fitness websites to acquire my new information.
