Good teaching requires patience, understanding, and passion. Teaching takes time especially when students don't comprehend the material as fast as you'd hope or as fast as other students. Teachers should also be passionate about the subject so it would get the students eager to learn. They should come in prepared and organized about the material so it would make it easier to assess and understand. Motivating students will go a long way and will encourage them to do their best and even change their life. 

For my selfie project I made a collage with pictures of my friends, family, music I listen to, and stuff I like to do. I feel like this represents me because I put all the things that are important to me and what I do on the daily.
