Connected learning: Connected learning is the act of taking something a person enjoys doing on her personal time and transforming it into something connected to an academic branch. The article gives examples of people who have transformed their hobbies into careers and explains how much easier and enjoyable it is to be in an industry that you love. Educators use a variety of networks and organizations in both formal and informal environments to bring awareness about connected learning.
