WEEK 1: WHAT I AM GOING TO TEACH.
I am going to teach you guys how to make my favorite dish, which is shrimp Alfredo. Im going to start with the ingredients that I prefer of course, and how I make a spin to it. This dish involves a lot of spices because I just love spicy foods, especially because of my Caribbean background.
Week One (Define Good Teaching)
My definition of good teaching means to be very engaging with your students, be aware of the work that you are distributing (that it makes sense). Also, communicating well with students, making sure they understand what is being taught. Good teaching also requires constructive criticism without being upset about the feedback. One has to also have a love for teaching for it to be natural and genuine.

I think you are correct in defining feedback as revolving around delivering feedback.
It is telling that you note being aware of work you are "distributing" in a way this represents a banking where knowledge is commodified and handed out.
Or being aware of the work. Learning takes work but teaching isn't distributing work. Instead, you have to begin with the feedback you noted.
Do you know what goals you want to accomplish? The objectives of specific steps to get you there, how you will know if learners met those objectives and most importantly do learners know what success looks like?
That shapes the space of learning you create more than the materials you distribute
